Conservation/Restoration (Optional Module)

This optional module helps you to control and manage the condition of objects in regard to the following four points

- The preservation of objects in bad condition,
- The restoration of these objects,
- The verification of environmental conditions as a precaution against degradation,
- The history of the treatments applied.

Information that can be inputted:
- The condition and completeness of the object, the condition checker and control date,
- Reasons for the condition check,
- The noted degradation,
- The treatment requested and carried out.
You can also create a link with any document containing related information by using the field:  ‘Associated document’.
N.B: The status allows you to keep a history of all condition controls (planned, current, previous).

Storage information

You can input information concerning:

- Environmental conditions,
- Display requirement,
- Handling/packing,
- Hazards.

Treatment description

You can create a record in the “treatment” file containing general information regarding the same restoration action for a group of objects: requested treatment, number of objects, date, duration, requester, completed treatment, treated material, used product, agent.
You can also link photographs and images.
This record can be linked to all the objects concerned by this treatment.
