Managing collections on a distant site is possible with our software.
With a laptop or a computer non connected to the local network, it is possible to work in a site distant
from the database (stores, restoration room, fields, etc…) with the import/export module and an off line data input licence.
PRINCIPLES
The whole users’ parameters (input profile, view…) as well as the access rights are moved to the distant site.
Thus the user retrieves his work environment: creating and modifying records, linking images, collecting complementary information on collections without being at his desk.
HOW
The administrator of the database is in charge with the export and import procedure.

- A file and its linked files (Person/body, Place,…)
- Export of these data and import on the laptop (or off-line computer)
